1. 最高學歷證件影本 (以國外學歷送審且尚未具備教師證書者，請提供在學期間成績單、國外修業一覽表、入出境紀錄)

Photocopies of diploma (Those who hold foreign diploma but do not yet possess a teaching certificate must provide transcripts, education background information, and entry/departure records.)

2. 教師證書影本

Photocopies of teaching certificate issued by Taiwan Ministry of Education (M.O.E.)

3. 經歷證件影本 (專業領域任職證明)

Photocopies of working certificate in the appropriate professional field

4. 身分證件影本

Photocopies of ID Card

5. 英文履歷及自傳 (請說明專長領域及業界經驗)

English resume and autobiography which describes areas of expertise and working experience.

應聘文件請郵寄至以下地址：

1. 64002 雲林縣斗六市大學路3段123號 國立雲林科技大學應用外語系。請於民國108年8月9日前寄達(以郵戳為憑)

2. 請註明「應徵應用外語系兼任教師」

3. 申請文件不予退回。若欲退回申請文件，請附上足額回郵信封。

All application materials MUST be mailed to:

1. Department of Applied Foreign Languages, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, No.123, Sec. 3, University Road, Douliu City, Yunlin County 640, Taiwan (R.O.C.) and be postmarked no later than August 9th, 2019.

2. Please mark “Application for DAFL Part-Time Faculty” on the envelope. Please include pre-paid postage (an empty envelope with enough stamps) if you would like your application materials to be returned.
