Job Description
  • Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users including VIP users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repair for remote users as needed.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software to deliver required service levels.
  • Use project management skills to initiate and lead computer related hardware and software projects and make sure results are delivered on time.
  • Make effective use of available technical resources including global support team and provide the service within established service levels.
  • Interface with third-party support and equipment vendors. Work with procurement team for computer purchase request and conduct Asset Management work for home office and stores.
  • Provide IT advice and training to staff and management in line with company guidelines, policy and standards.
  • Apply professional English business and technical writing skills to create or enhance documents, procedures or policy for Tech department
Qualifications
  • University degree in information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Distinctive communication and problem-solving skills, team orientated and have a can-do attitude; proven leader with ability to inspire others, building strong relationships. Proficient in speaking and writing in English is a strong plus.
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve problems. Excellent customer relations and customer support skills with leadership capability. High degree of interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification for Windows 10 highly desired. A+ certification desired. ITIL V3 Foundation Certification desired.
  • Apple MacOS support experience; Service Now experience would be a plus
