Responsible for performing all work is a safe manner to protect employees from injury and protect all facilities from damage
• Help shift trouble shooting & solve the problems, continue to improve the operation of shift
• Initiate investigations into the need for technical work based on a review of plant operation data and quality performance
• Work with Maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Required to contribute to the improvement of the plant facilities to improve safety, operability and quality
• Responsible for carrying out process improvement programs from beginning thru completion reporting progress as required.
• On-site technical process coaching to production
• Prepare and review SOPs and conduct related training as required.
• Solving the urgent technical problems in the plant as required by the Production Manager
• Cooperate with EHS, Production, QA, Procurement Department to complete process programs.
• As the trainer for training operators in department
• As the document controller and ISO coordinator in department

Complete other tasks assigned by immediate Manager
