任职要求：

1. 全日制本科或以上学历，英文可作为工作语言，流利的英文商务谈判能力，国内或海外名院校毕业生优先；

2. 5年或以上股权基金融资相关工作经验，有丰富的人脉基础，国际投行另类投资经验优先考虑；

3. 有一定财务知识基础，熟悉海外财务数据报表；

4. 参与过美洲地区，中东地区或亚太地区为主的融资项目；

5. 对区块链有浓厚兴趣，币圈融资经验优先考虑；

6. 抗压能力强，踏实靠谱，有清晰的逻辑思维能力和沟通能力，具备创新和创业的视角，工作中可独当一面；

Director, Overseas Financing

Responsibilities:

1. Advise and adjust the financing schemes for overseas project development; promote the international layout of the company; responsible for the design of financing schemes, pre-audit and other related work, and promote the implementation of specific financing in the later stage;

2. Lead the project evaluation, negotiation, docking of cooperative resources and independent development of overseas financing channels;

3. Responsible for the liaison with local governments, overseas financial institutions and financing channels;

4. Maintain and expand the long-term overseas application, extension and allocation of financing channels in China and abroad;

5. Maintain the relationship among the cornerstone investors, private investors and various investment channels of the blockchain network;

6. Improve and optimize the existing financing evaluation model, and complete the financing work of each round according to the requirements of the leaders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as working language, possess business negotiation skills in fluent English, graduates from top universities are preferred;

2. 5 years or more experience in equity fund financing, with abundant relevant network, experience in alternative investment in international investment banks is preferred;

3. Knowledge in finance, familiar with overseas financial data and statements;

4. Experienced in financing projects in the Americas, the Middle East or Asia-Pacific region;

5. Strong interest in blockchain, experience in financing of blockchain projects is preferred;

6. Able to manage high pressure, dependable, logical thinking and good communication skills, with the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship,
