During the internship, you will be tasked to support the department in its daily activities. This may include recruitment, learning & development, talent data collection and analysis, market research, organizing presentations, as well as implementation of regional programs designed to support the overall business objectives.

This position is based in our regional headquarters in Shanghai, Daning.

Your tasks and responsibilities

? Provide operational HR support to the team

? Assist in recruitment facilitation

? Prepare training documents and support in training programs

? Perform market research on HR related topics

? Participate in presentations and events

Your skills and experience

You should be a local university student and able to commit at least 4 days each week for 3 months. We also offer longer term internships for students who are excellent team players and demonstrate passion for their field of studies. Ideally, you should be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel, and fluent in both English and Mandarin.
