• Provide policy operation related inquiry services to business department.
• Perform additional duties or operation project tasks.

• Core System data input and test.
• Help answer internal/external producer and customers' inquiries.
• Record/Prepare/summarize statistics or report where required.
• Collaborate with third party partners to achieve service level agreement.
• Enrolling and maintaining certificate issuance system application and setting.
• Team operation work and other job related tasks as assigned.
