Job Description
Position Purpose & Summary
  • Responsible for gathering market information, establish trend research, customer trends, competitive market analysis and evaluates business data to guide corporate business decisions and strategies for market development, potential and hitting business goals. 負責收集市場資訊、建立趨勢研究、客戶趨勢、評估有競爭力的市場分析和業務數據,針對市場的發展、潛在的及達到業務目標來指導公司的業務決策和戰略
  • Ensures execution of marketing plans and strategies regarding product and market development, product positioning, branding, market campaign. 確保有關產品和市場開發、產品定位、品牌推廣,市場活動的行銷計劃和策略的執行
Monitors proper execution of sales and measures return on investment. 監控銷售的正確執行和投資回報率的衡量

Principal Accountabilities
1.15%Market Research, Trends, Analysis市場研究、趨勢分析
Responsible for gathering market information, establish trend research, customer trends , competitive market analysis and evaluates business data for business proposal to support marketing strategies and hitting business goals.負責市場資訊,建立趨勢研究,客戶的趨勢,有競爭力的市場分析和業務數據評估,以支持市場行銷策略和達到業務目標

2.25%Strategic Business Direction- aimed to generate profit/ market share and business growth
戰略業務方向:目標是產生盈餘/市場佔有率和業務成長
To use in-depth analysis data of volume, EBIT, historical data, budgets to provide business strategies plan.深入分析銷售量、EBIT、歷史數據、預算的數據等,以提供業務戰略計劃
Review monthly /quarterly/ yearly EBIt and volume actual vs budget 審查每月/每季/每年實際EBIT和銷售量與預算之比較

3.35%Identifying New Opportunities and Strategic Positions-Marketing Plan/Product/Campaign Development確認新機會及策略定位- 行銷計畫/產品/活動發展
  • Works closely with Technology team to identify and evaluates potential new products to ensure successful introduction of products and effective customer service in the marketplace.與技術團隊緊密合作,以確認並評估潛在的新產品有效的客戶服務,來確保產品在市場上的成功引進
  • Develop and implement based on communicable marketing plans to support the sales strategies for company products and services.發展和實施行銷計劃和方案,以支持公司的產品和服務的銷售策略。
  • Establish clear difference in the market and creating and delivering distinctive value to customer.
  • Marketing Academy Champion : Ensure to use approaches are based on Marketing Academy tool in the marketplace. 行銷學院支持者:確保在市場上使用基於行銷學院工具的方法
  • Develop team capabilities to meet marketing campaign

4.10%Business Information and Customer Feedback.業務資訊和客戶回饋
  • Provide business information such as financial performance, pricing process, sales incentive, customer feedback and make recommendations.提供業務信息,如財務業績、定價流程、銷售奬金、客戶的回饋意見
  • To work closely with commercial team and logistic team to ensure marketing strategic plan execution as scheduled.與業務團隊和後勤團隊緊密合作,以確保行銷戰略計劃如期執行

5.10%Personal Development and Projects Management專案管理
Leads special projects, events, campaigns, initiatives to generate company profit.領導特別專案、事件、活動,發揮主動來產生公司利益

6.5%Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. 執行可能不定時指派的其他職責
Qualifications
Education, Experience, Skills
1.Minimum Required Qualifications
  • 大學(含)以上畢Bachelor degree(or above)
  • 具業務或行銷相關經驗三年以上 sales & marketing related experiecnce over 3 year
  • 溝通能力佳 / 台語、英文中等以上程度 / 受過MA訓練 / 具統計&分析、寫作與Office文書處理能力 well communication skill / fair Taiwanese&English / MA tool training / gather statistic & analyze information / writing and Office software kill.(Word,Excel,PowerPoint)
  • Have well communication skill with customers face to face. 與客戶交談,要有良好的溝通能力。
  • Office work for analyzing data and market and planning and monitoring of programs. 65 – 75% of time

2.Preferred Qualifications
  • 熟悉公司內部資源且轉換能力強,能靈活應用MA工作,可獨立完成行銷計畫。To familiar with corporate internal resource and transform skill / good at MA tool application / to fulfil marketing plan independent
