工作职责:

1. 业务发展 Business Development

市场推广，负责市场部的策划和组织资源（人员，媒体渠道等等）; 利用宣教，例如急救各种课程，发挥综合医院优势，关注中外各个市场。

Market promotion, responsible for marketing planning and managing resources (people, media channel, etc. ); To promote Oasis with local and foreigners community focus through advertisement and educational program, e.g. first aid seminar

1.依据医院的计划和预算，策划和监督执行所有明德市场战略

Planning and supervising execution of all Oasis marketing strategies, in accordance with the hospital plans and budgets.

2.协助建立并指导能面向国际和国内的市场团队。

Assist to build and instruct the marketing team, that is capable enough to cover the international and the domestic markets.

3.与市场和医疗团队一起创建并发展套餐或个人医疗产品，提升服务

Creating and developing, along with marketing and medical staff, packages or individual medical products to promote the services.

4.确定并推荐新的潜在成长的业务机会，开发新的潜在服务线。

Identifying and recommending new business opportunities with potential for growth as well as potential new service line development.

5.参与所有市场活动的成本和预算控制

Participating financial budgeting of fiscal cost and expenses for all marketing activities;

6.与外部重要伙伴和学术权威建立战略关系，特别是人力资源专业人士，员工计划经理，保健负责人，员工保险经理以及其他决策者

Developing strategic alliances with important partners in the market and individuals inside institutions, especially Human Resources professionals, Employee Assistance Program managers, health care professionals, employee insurance managers, and other key decision-makers;

7.持续不断的在各层面，与医院所有员工一起，努力提供***水准的病患服务和关照，使患者满意度***化。

Continually striving to provide, along with all hospital staff, the highest level of patient care and service in all endeavors to maximize patient satisfaction.

2. 健康管理 Healthcare Management

针对健康人群的服务集成策划和落实，包括会员（会所服务）产品，体检产品，和流程管理，并与市场推广相结合

To plan and implement project for integrated service targeting on health community, including membership program (service at club), medical check program, process management, etc. and integrate with market promotion.

3. 其他主管交给的工作

Other duties, subject to the needs and the hospital management decisions.

任职资格:

知识、能力、技术、特长Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, Traits：

？Easy in contacting people (at all levels in the customer organization and within the hospital).

？Good presentation and communication skills.

？Team player and also able to work independently in setting up and completing tasks.

最低学历Minimum Education Required：

？Bachelor’s (University) Degree

相关经验Minimum Experience Required：

？At least ten years of working experience in relative position.

语言能力 Language Requirement：

英文良好 Good English skills
