Responsibilities:

? Assess customer conditions and benefits properly to launch supply center in appropriate location.

Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

? Responsible for project managing deployment of cross-functional customer procurement and invoicing eCommerce solutions and systems. Manages project activities, timeline, milestone and resource objectives. Adheres to approved project management techniques and independently oversees all aspects of project planning, testing, changes, and execution. Accountable for on-time, stable deployments that meet customer and business objectives.

? Works with Company eBusiness Consultants to gain management sponsorship and approval of project(s) through periodic prioritization reviews. Represents Company eCommerce offerings as documented in the eCommerce Functional Survey via in-person, teleconference and web presentations to internal and external customers. Works with customer and business sponsors to define, document, control, and gain acceptance of project scope and objectives.

? Negotiates required resources with management and functional leaders. Plans and manages development activities of outsourcing contractors and collaborators. Identifies potential project risks and liabilities, and drives management decisions on how to deal with them by bringing functional leaders and/or senior management into the situation as required. Tracks, reports and resolves issues arising using appropriate project control techniques. Responsible for project updates, communications, as well as ensuring that timely and effective decision points occur with appropriate stakeholder involvement.

? Frequently interacts with customers, vendors, and functional peer group team members, supervisors and managers to promote cross-functional project team effectiveness and performance. Acts as an advisor to various staff to meet schedules and/or resolve pre/post production technical problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

? Requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer-faced environment.

? Requires solid organization skills, attention to detail, problem analysis and resolution as well as influence and communication skills.

? Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline, or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.

? Experience in planning and completing eCommerce and/or IT implementations including project management responsibility is a distinct advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

? ECommerce and/or IT experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment strongly preferred.

? Training in PMII-sanctioned courses in Project Management skills and techniques a plus.
