Principal Accountabilities

• Customer Medical Solutions through Direct and indirect Customer Support (via Sales team)

• Researching Medical Solutions to external customer queries (doctors, pharmacists, patients) across the Servier portfolio and therapy areas

• Creating (local standard response documents and customized) medical responses to customers

• Delivering medical solutions verbally, in writing or through presentations. Also involved in other channels of communicating with customers such as internet, conferences where appropriate.

• Internal support to Servier colleagues on information needs to achieve business goals

• Work with internal aligned Product teams on Medical Information needs – including proactively in identifying emerging medical/scientific data that could be of importance to product strategy

• Execute independently on expert searches to input to product team activities

• Input to development or updating of customer friendly Package Inserts for aligned products

• Customer Insights

• Provide business with insights/business leads from daily interaction with customers on a regular basis

• Input to team portfolio reports and ad hoc market research reports

• Participant some specific medical digital project across the Servier portfolio

• Work as projector leader, implement some specific medical digital project across the Servier portfolio

• Participant some specific medical information relevant artificial intelligence project across the Servier portfolio

Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:

• Minimum of University Degree and Professional Medical/Pharmacy related Qualification, Master degree is preferable

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Excellent English skill in speaking, reading and writing

• Excellent problem solving skills
