2. At least 3 years of practical App development for real-world products in Reactive Native/Flutter.

3. Proficient with Reactive Native/Flutter framework, widgets.

4. Familiar with Javascript, ES6 (for Reactive Native).

5. Familiar with Dart (for Flutter).

6. Experience in Android/iOS native development.

7. Familiar with version control, git.

8. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

9. Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies continuously.

10. Good English skills in reading and writing.
