MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description

You will be part of an international team executing our global and local marketing strategy. The role will involve collaborations with peers in France, UK, US and Germany. You will report to the APAC Sales & Marketing VP and support the APAC sales team. You will be supported by the HQ Communications & Marketing leads.
The role is based in Shanghai.

Your objectives:

  • Increase brand awareness in APAC
  • Ensure the coherence of our brand image across communication channels
  • Contribute to the success of all our marketing and communication activities and ultimately have an impact on our business growth

Your missions

Content:

Participate in the elaboration and implementation of the content strategy

  • Content is key to demonstrate our capabilities to prospect. You should be interested to find interesting angles/insights based on Social Media conversations Execute the content plan in collaboration with HQ to reach a qualified audience through blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographic etc… in Asia
  • We are a global team, which will give you an environment to exchange ideas and best practices.

Acquisition/Analytics:

Participate in activities to improve our website traffic and covert this to sales leads through smart content, call-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
Optimise content (SEO, SEM, lead generation)

Inbound & Outbound Marketing:

Create and implement inbound/outbound marketing activities (prospecting campaigns etc…)

  • Sales and Marketing alignment is a key driver of our growth, so you will be working with the sales teams both in Shanghai and Singapore to drive successful activities Manage data/marketing tools (Hubspot, Wordpress…) Track efficiency/ROI of campaigns on our business

Social Media & Community Management:

Manage the company presence on Social Media Platforms and find creative ways to engage users
Interact with users and manage our community by carrying out a compelling editorial strategy

Events:
Organise the company’s participation in industry events (logistics, follow-up, budget…)

Budget:
You will own the APAC marketing budget and will decide where to invest

Preferred Experience

  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B Marketing, ideally within a digital marketing or social media intelligence business
  • Love for start-up environment, hands-on and proactive work attitude
  • Excellent level of English, including writing skills
  • Native Chinese
  • Experience in managing marketing automation tools (Marketo, Hubspot…)
  • Proven experience in content creation
  • Good SEO and SEM knowledge
  • Team player with good organizational and time management skills
  • Autonomous, with the capacity to work with remote teams
  • Willingness to travel from time to time to our Singapore and Paris office
