- College degree in Mechanical Engineering or German major
机械及相关专业或德语相关专业
Working experience工作经验:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in relative industry, in cooperation with a German company is preferred
1-2年相关行业销售经验,有德国公司工作背景者优先考虑
Skill and competency技能及任职能力:
- Technical sales skills in Machine Tools industry
机床行业技术销售技能;
- Responsible and loyalty

- Excellent communication skill

- Language skill both speaking and writing in English or German

Job Responsibilities 工作描述
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; Projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products;
通过预测和制定年度销售额来确定销售目标;预测现有产品和新产品的销售量
- Be responsible for promoting and market development of company products to realized company target in a specific sales area.
负责指定区域公司产品的市场开发和销售,实现公司设定的目标
- Developing agent network and key accounts.
开发代理商网络及关键客户
- Ensure market coverage and market penetration.
保证公司产品的市场覆盖率和渗透率;
- Management of customer relations in a designated sales area, including customer supporting, customer following up and contacting etc.
处理规定区域内的客户关系,包括客户支持、客户跟进及客户联系等;
- Looking for new customers through calls, emails, and appointments, etc.
通过电话、电子邮件和约见等开发新的客户
- Manage and coordinate of the whole sales process including price negotiations, sales contracts, delivery dates, post-sales services coordination, order receipts, final acceptance and etc.
管理和协调整个销售流程,包括价格谈判,销售合同签订,发货日期确认,售后服务跟进协调,订单跟进,最终验收协议签收跟进等事宜;
- Ensure the sales activities are documented in the CAMOS system and update the data in time.
确保所有销售活动在CAMOS系统中都有备案且及时更新数据
- Provide market and competitor related information for analysis
提供相关市场及竞争对手的信息以便公司做分析
- Follow up and update the payments situation to financial department
跟踪客户收款并向财务部更新付款信息;
- Prepare necessary presentation slides.
制作必要的销售介绍演示文件;
- Represent in the exhibitions and company marketing activities. And organize individual open houses or other sales events in responsible area.
参加公司展会和市场活动,并有能力组织自己负责区域的开放日等销售活动
- Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with service, technical production and other departments in the plant
与工厂、服务部、技术部及其他部门沟通协调,建立合作
- Ensure all sales activities meet company policies;
确保所有销售活动符合公司政策;
- Other job-related issues as assigned by supervisor
完成主管安排的其它工作。
