MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
主要职责
？ Co-ordinate with Ultrasound Business Manager and other colleagues to achieve individual sales target.
与超声业务经理以及大区销售团队和其他同事做好良好的沟通协调，以达成或超过既定的个人销售指标。
？ Implement the target accounts according to the Ultrasound sales strategy and plan.
根据超声产品销售策略和计划，实施于所负责的目标客户；
？ Develop new accounts and keep solid relationship with existing accounts for Ultrasound products.
新用户的开发和培养，建立巩固的客群关系；
？ Collect products and competitors information widely, complete the necessary marketing researching, provide support for the business development of our company.
广泛搜集产品和竞争对手信息，完成必要的市场调研工作，为公司的业务发展提供支持；
？ Set up an effective sales network and monitor key accounts to keep sales growth.
建立有效的销售网络并跟进主要客户以保持销售的持续增长；
？ Aware of and comply with the corporate and local Quality/EHS Manual, Quality/EHS Management System, Quality/EHS Management Policy, Quality/EHS Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
关注和遵守公司要求的质量、环境健康手册、管理体系和管理政策、目标和该职位的相关的法规要求。

JOB REQUIREMENTS
录用条件和工作要求
？ College graduate, with major in clinical, pharmacy, diagnostic, science, or other relevant subjects.
大学专科以上，医学、药学或相关专业背景；
？ At least 1 year pharmaceutical or medical appliances sales experiences.
有一年以上药品或医疗器械推广经验；
？ Strong ability to develop the new accounts.
较强的开发客户能力；
？ Strictly comply with National laws and regulations, EHS and quality management system, abide by the company Code of Conduct, rules and regulations. Ensure that all work behavior conform to company's compliance requirements.
严格遵守国家法律法规，遵守EHS和质量管理体系规定，遵守公司员工行为准则和各项规章制度，确保所有的工作行为符合公司的合规要求。
？ Sense of responsibility, diligent and with high integrity，Team-work approach.

？ Good communication and presentation skills.
良好的沟通以及语言表达能力；
？ Candidates with ultrasound clinic experiences will be preferred.
具备超声临床销售经验的候选人，优先考虑。
？ Attendance rate is no less than 90% during the probation period.
试用期期间出勤率不低于90%。
