Job Purpose Statement / 工作目的描述
- Strengthen wholesale business through optimization of wholesale tactics and execution;
- Build and maintain trade relationships and maximize sell thru contribution to regional sell out scale growth, dealer’s profitability and appropriate brand positioning within company time frame.
Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责
Sales 销售
? Assist Regional manager to set up the sales strategy and target, and market development in the area; 设定地区销售战略目标;
? Manage the business result in retail end including key retail KPIs in the area; 管理区域批发业务;
? Build up the good relationship with franchisees/department stores in the area; 与区域经销商、零售渠道建立良好合作关系;
? Have an insight into company and competitors product, provide sales analysis and contribute to future business growth; 了解公司及竞争对手产品状况提供销售分析;
Staff Development 员工发展
? Assist recruit team members
? Train the team members to build team success; 负责招聘及培训批发团队成员
? Implement the successor plan; 执行继任者计划;
Product Management 产品管理
? Identify the merchandising plan base on the sales target;根据销售目标制定买货计划;
? Product sales analysis (the proportion of inventory and MO) 产品销售分析;
? Market research, feedback the market info in time; 负责市场调研及时反馈市场状况;
Marketing市场营销
? Maintain company image, superior to the competitors; 维护公司品牌形象;
Others 其他
? Follow up the company procedure and put company benefit at first priority ; 遵守公司流程以公司利益为优;
? Well communicate with other areas and departments, drive the business together; 与其他区域及部门保持密切联系,共同推进业务发展;
Qualification & Experience Needed / 所需专业技能和工作经验
Education / 学历背景:
- Relevant degree holder, or equivalent through experiences; 相关专业本科或同等学力
Experience / 工作经验:
- Over 8 years solid experiences in similar job capacity, with at least 3 years in managerial position; 8年以上相关工作经验,至少3年以上管理岗位经验;
- Experience of working with cross cultural partners is an advantage; 具有跨文化工作经验者更佳;
- Apparel industry background is requested; 具有服装行业工作经验;
Language / 语言应用:
- Good command of English; 熟练英语水平;
- spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese); 优秀的中文写作及口语水平;
Computer / 计算机操作:
- Good computer operation skill , particularly Microsoft Office applications; 熟练应用电脑办公软件;
Key Skills / 相关技能:
- Good analytical skill; 具有较强分析能力;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; 具有较强沟通能力;
- Inspirations by youth/street culture爱好年轻文化或街头文化
- A pleasant team player. 具有团队精神;
