1. JD

• Draft/localize news and other marketing collaterals
• Manage/support in managing digital communication tools such as internet, intranet, shared drive, etc.
• Create, localize and coordinate promotional collateral, posters, multimedia, web pages
• Support in the planning and organization of corporate events, employee campaigns, external trade fairs or exhibitions through innovative ideas and tools
• Produce / support in producing videos

2. Qualification

• Good verbal, written and presentational communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Ability to work with different stakeholders within the organization
• Ability to manage external vendors, consultants, etc.
• Good PC skills (in particular good ppt skills). PS and AI skills preferred
• Quick to learn, Strong ownership
• Good photo shooting skill is a plus

3. Education and language capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, marketing or related business fields
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Communications or related role
• Must be fluent in Chinese and English. Other languages a bonus
