Key Responsibilities:

Brand education & mentoring

1. Educate PRC regional sales force ensuring comprehensive understanding of cognac category, brand and product’s specificities & key differentiating qualities

2. In cooperation with sales force, conduct trainings and mentoring dinners for wholesalers and end consumers

3. Support HQ in key nationwide education events and campaigns

4. Implement HQ brand education assets in regional mentoring events

1. Work with local sales and regional marketing team on key events and deliver brand education

2. Build relationship with key business influencers including but not limited to Sommeliers, Chefs, F&B managers etc., to help local sales team drive business

3. Represent the brand at key regional events

Reporting

1. Update regional activities on monthly basis

2. Update competitor activities regularly

Candidate Profile:

• University graduate major in Business/Marketing or equivalent;

• Solid knowledge of Wine & Spirits, preferably cognac, Marketing or Commercial sensitivity is a plus;

• Excellent presenter with controlled communication; ability to adapt to different audiences (from sales force to High-end consumers);

• Ability to show initiative, creativity and entrepreneurial skills;

• Integrity and ethics (responsible alcohol consumption and behavior).
