1 General Product knowledge

1.1 Follow every development and propose support for continuous quality improvement

1.2 Keep update on ARaymond product development and define proposal of support for quality improvement both in development and serial life when quality issue are met.

1.3 Follow ARaymond procedures and participate to the improvement of the general organization and in the simulation fields

1.4 Train team and various department for basic knowledge of simulation feasibility and potential support service for customer

1.5 Respect ARaymond rules for simulation, Design and product management

1.6 Analyze and perform a cross-checking follow-up of simulation result and Physical measurement

2 Perform Simulation - Finite Element Analysis

2.1 Analyze request from Engineering design office or other requester

2.2 Provide recommendation and schedule of simulation with quotation

2.3 Perform Mechanical Simulation according to requirement and analyze results

2.4 Write reports, and organize information meeting to transfer information when necessary

2.5 Presentation to customer of simulation activity

3 General organization

3.1 Implement action of EHS and general safety rules of the company

3.2 Participate to the creation of Quality system documentation link to the job and department activities

3.3 Keep update knowledge on recent simulation technology

3.4 Participates to global simulation team meeting (call and Business trip)

4 Finish other jobs assigned by management

Requirements

Academic Qualification

Master degree or above

Major

Major in Mechanical Engineering

Qualification Certificate

ABAQUS or Computer Calculation specific training would be a plus

Industrial Experience

3-5 years working experience of in manufacturing company

Position Experience

3-5 years working experience on Computer Simulation

Knowledge on plastic forming and metal manufacturing

Experienced in FEA simulation and simulation methodology development

Good English level and computer level

Basics Capabilities of 3D design）
