" 岗位职责: MAIN PURPOSE Richemont is looking for a talented and highly motivated Java developer to join our enthusiastic and dynamic team in Versoix. Ability and commitment is more important than current skill set, although certain core skills are required. All candidates should be highly motivated, have technical flair, an interest in all things technology, excellent programming skills in Java, whilst also having strong experience of programming across multiple tiers covering presentation layer (e.g. JSP, Javascript), RESTful APIs and middleware related technologies. As a JAVA developer you will be working on challenging middleware e-Commerce projects for all the Richemont Maisons. Working closely with a cross-functional teams of developers and architects, you will define, develop, test, debug and deploy java-based solutions granting full adherence with Group and Maison’ standards and needs in terms of e-Commerce/Web solutions and operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Understand user requirements, technical contexts and constraints and business objectives. * Be able to explain and communicate technical options. * Follow defined development methodologies and tools. * Understand global IT strategy and templates development philosophy. * Interpret business requirements and technical specifications. * Investigate, analyse, document and track status of reported defects using standard tools. * Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects * Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates * Help to create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses * Help to define and validate functional and technical specifications. Experience of the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification, to development, testing and delivery (desirable, not essential). * EducationEngineer degree preferred in an IT-related field Solid professional references * Technical competencies:Excellent knowledge of Java 1.6+ language & technology stack. * JavaScript widgets and extension libraries such as JQuery, ExtJS, etc. * Advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript. * Web formats and protocols: JSON, XML, HTTP, SOAP, WSDL, etc. * Service-oriented and REST architectures, Srping Boot, Vertx.. * Familiarity with RESTful APIs, XML, web security, n-tier server technologies, and enterprise application integration. * At ease with development tools and processes like Maven, Subversion, Git, Eclipse, Unit testing, Agile methodologies. * Experience designing, creating and producing enterprise applications with strong emphasis on UI and usability. * Experience in creating applications on industry standard platforms & frameworks. * Technical knowledge and experience with Internet and e-Commerce technologies. Experience with SAP, .Net or SharePoint is an asset * Personal qualitiesGood communication skills, with high attention to detail * Ability to communicate with people from the business and technical fields * Passionate by the web and e-Commerce technologies; you have a can-do attitude. * Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
