1. Lead in the development of SEF moulds design.
2. Monitor and manage the moulds team to ensure teamwork and the delivery of total customer satisfaction;
3. Evaluate performance and training new staff for improved performance;
4. Completion of various moulds reports
5. Support tooling quotation from technical aspect for new products.
6. Define mold technical requirement ,review supplier tool drawing to check if the tool design reach technical requirement.
7. New mold process control in schedule management, communicate with supplier for mould fabrication and trial run according to the project requirements.
8. Join the mould trail run, suggest the corrections to the mould issue and track the mould improvement.
9. Control the mould ECN, technical support for mould quality improvement.
10. Co work with quality and production department to finish tooling approving and components qualification.
11. Recommend part design changes to simplify tooling requirements and reduce overall costs.
12. Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

职位要求：

1. College degree or above, major in mould design/Mechanical related.
2. At least 8 years of relevant working experience in mould design, fabrication with at least 3 years in managerial role
3. Excellent mould project management skill (planning, analysis and problem solving skill).
4. Have good organization and association skills;
5. Good respected spirit, good team work skills;
6. Good communication skills in English;
7. Computer skill: UG or Pre/E ,AutoCAD, , Microsoft (EXCEL, PPT, Word, Project).
