Key responsibilities:
- Assist & Initial analysis of customer claim, check warranty coverage, gathers necessary information/evidence and promptly response. Escalate serious claims to management in time.
Coordination and follow up warranty cases according to procedures.
Responsible for arrangement of repair and maintenance service after warranty period.
Promotion for maintenance contract, customer training.
Regularly visit customers to collect information on customer complaints, to fulfill improving activities accordingly.
After sales service until open payments are done.
Tool Management for Service China overall.
Side support for the HMS Service Engineer for any missing material under T-projects.
Trace parts delivery to Service from Germany or back from Customer to Germany closely.
Supporting active as a project coordinator Intercompany project between Germans PM our HMS Service Engineer on-side.
- Response to create and release the service schedule for China as well with related International Intercompany projects where HMS supports with man power out of China.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or electrical engineering or related.
- At least 2 years working experience in machinery industry.
Have strong communication skills and coordination skills.
Have knowledge of technical and commercial English; able to communicate with foreigners and submit professional report in written English.
Basic Polyurethane related experience is an advantage.
Basis knowledge for Software tools like MS Projects, Excel, WinWord and SAP B1 is an advantage.
