Requirement:

• At least 3 years of Sales Management experiences in LED lighting industrial,
• Familiar with Oversea selling
• Technically trained, can be Semi-con background. Prefer to have lighting experience.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and lead a team

Duties:

• Develop sales strategy to achieve budget goal
• Drive the team to active budget goal
• Run Sales program
• Develop sales field action plan
• Manage day to day sales and logistic issue
• Motivate sales team
• Manage key suppliers and key customers relationship
