Job Title: Assistant (航空部)
Location: Shanghai
Vacancy No: 1
Department: Aerospace 航空部
Key Accountabilities主要职责:
1. Assistance:
To support the development of the relationship between Liebherr and customers.
To be located on-site our customer facility and meet customers daily.
To provide assistance to the visitors and to the staff in their mission to support our customers.
2. Project management support:
Coordination with relevant department of customers and of Liebherr to support progresses of the projects.
Meeting or phone conferences arrangement, interpretation, minutes of meeting preparation.
Project status updates (action lists, deliveries status, KPIs).
To support communication to avoid misunderstanding with customers.
3. Administration
Daily documents distribution, tracking, filing…
Organization of business trips (hotel/flight booking, VISA, LOI) for visitors and for the staff.
Preparation and translation of news for marketing department.
To support the staff for administrative tasks such as reimbursement of expenses.
To keep the office tidy and well organized.
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求
1.To have a deep interest for serving others (customers, colleagues)
2.Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
3.Strong computer skills
4.Qualification and experienced for secretarial job, administration or similar
