3.Being able to work in a fast-paced environment; willing to learn new techniques .
4.Have effective English verbal and written communication skills.
5.Being able to follow protocols and handle data input and analysis.
Responsibilities:
职责：
1.Establishment of tumor models in mice and rats；
2.Hands-on execution of studies: pharmacodynamic (PD), pharmacokinetic (PKD), and efficacy studies: Dosing; Tumor inoculation; Termination of study. Sample collection, etc.
3.Communicate with supervisors, and collaborators effectively to achieve the set goals.
