SUMMARY

This position is responsible for clinical education related events, programs internal and external, for Align Technology in China. Responsibilities fall in below broad categories but may not be limited to:

• Follow education strategy to execute local education events and projects on time with 100% executive of SOP and compliance.
• Execute educational events and programs by marketing strategy and result orientated.
• Closely work with clinical education manager and execute internal and external clinical projects such as training, events, studies and proofreading as assigned.
• Closely work with the speakers to develop clinical education content and engage the speakers to support clinical educational events
• Track the effectiveness and customer confidence driven by education events

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support clinical education events by marketing strategy and result orientated.

• Track the effectiveness and customer confidence driven by clinical education events.

• Work closely with speakers for clinical education, maintain the speaker pool and engage the speakers to support clinical educational events.

• Support the clinical education projects and help to maintain the projects continuously.

• Effectively implement the clinical education budget, including vender screening, expense application and payment processing.

• Full support sales/marketing team and Global/regional educational team to localize and carry on any programs.

• Ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned.

• Follow departmental procedures to obtain 100% accuracy and completeness in all areas.

• Manage day to day tasks within Clinical department.

• Spend approximate 20-50% working time to travel and support local education events or take training.

• Support other clinical education projects such as training, events, studies and proofreading as assigned.

  Additional responsibilities:

• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor and above, medical science or dentistry is preferred.

2+ years working experience in healthcare or dental industry, special in clinical education or professional marketing.

SKILLS REQUIRED: LANGUAGE SKILLS :

Fluent in English

Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer skills
