Assist Store Manager to complete all daily operation works.


协助经理完成店铺日常营运工作。


  • Achieve sales targets.


完成销售指标。


  • Customer relationship management.


客户关系管理。


  • Maintain the visual merchandising and shop environment standards to ensure brand image.


维护视觉成列与店铺环境使其与品牌形象一致。


  • Help the Store-in-charge to ensure all operations in store are in line with the policies


帮助店铺负责人确保所有营运均符合相关公司政策。


  • Handle customer complaints and enquires.


处理客户投诉与问题。


  • Help sales resolve relevant problems in shop.


帮助销售人员解决店铺相关问题。


  • Be responsible for relevant reporting.


负责相关报告。


  • Uniform management.


制服管理。


  • Merchandise quality control and follow up.


商品数量的控制及跟进。


JOB QUALIFICATION


  • College Degree or above


大专及以上学历


  • At least 2 years working experience in the Luxuary Retail Industry at a supervisor level


2年以上奢侈品行业店铺主管工作经验。


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, result-driven, proactive, excellent team player, detail-oriented


良好的沟通及人际关系, 有积极主动,优秀的团队合作精神, 注意细节


  • Good customer service skills


良好的客户服务技巧


  • Good computer literacy


有一定的电脑知识
