Job Description
重庆市 渝北区

Job Description (including but not limited to):

1、Supervise airport ground handling agents performance in passenger service functions

2、Update Superior once major flight disruption / creeping delay and submits handling reports to headquarter

3、Handle situations on site and off sit including delayed and overbooked flights

4、Handle real time customer complaints

5、Execute administrative projects as assigned by Duty Manager

6、Meet and assist VIPs on departure and arrival as and when necessary


Competence:

1、Tertiary education or equivalent, a Bachelor degree holder and CET-4 will be an advantage

2、Minimum 2 years airport services working experience

3、Polished interpersonal skills with positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

4、Experience(s) in customer services and/or aviation industry is an asset

5、Fluency in English and local language (both written and oral) are required. Ability to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage

6、Proficiency in PC operations, e.g. MS Excel and MS Word

7、Willing to take shift duties
