OREY is established since 1991 and owned by a 130-year old Portuguese company with tradition in shipping agency. OREY is the largest independent Shipping Agent(Cosco), Forwarders and Customs Brokers, leading over-dimensional transport operators, truckers and today is the largest third-party logistics operator in Angola.

? Job description

1. Customer visits - importers and exporters

2. Cargo canvass

3. Contact with COSCO Shipping Line

4. Business reports (weekly)

5. Back and front office support

6. Export & Import Customer Service，reporting to Line Manager

? Qualification of candidate

1. Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent

2. Language:

§ Mandarin – mother language

§ English – compulsory good level on written and spoken English;

§ Portuguese – desirably fluent

3. Previous work experience:

§ Sales and/or Customer Service

§ Export/Import procedures and Incoterms

§ Forwarding or Shipping Line

4. Other skills or advantages:

§ Good skills on communication and interpersonal relationships

§ Knowledge of African countries

§ Microsoft CRM user

§ Able to learn and use different systems

§ Willing to improve Portuguese language

§ Driver’s license

? Salary and Benefit

1. Oversea salary +Local salary +Meal allowance

2. Individual housing with all expenses included (water, electricity, gas, internet, cableTV) , located city center

3. Car and respective expenses: fuel, maintenance and car insurance

4. Health insurance (Angola) – full medical assistance at private clinics

5. 30 days of leave per year

§ To be taken in two periods

§ Traveling time to and from its place of residence shall not count for leave time

6. 2 return trips in economy class

7. Cell phone and communication costs
