POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）

Responsible for product equipment/solution implementation & training end user.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）

1. Follow project plan to training user and make sure project go live on time.

2.Develop and Launch training material and Organize training with customer.

3. Keep good relationship with end user and ability solves customer problems, find problems on a logical way

4. Hospital medical prescription analyze and work out medical input plan

5. Optimize solution for hospital equipment usage

6. Ability to communicate with customer, manage their expectation

7. Work with R&D/GCS on new software development

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）

1. Medical/Pharmacy background, relevant experience on Service/Training Center

2. At least 2-3 years of Pharmacy/Medical Equipment training experience

3. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

4. Ability to work independently and experience in a team on multiple projects

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

6. Good problem-solving skill

DESIRABLE（优先条件）

1. Medical device/Pharmaceutical company working experience

2. Can handle stress situation
