POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）

• Solutions Specialist, report to Solution Manager, is responsible in identifying customer requirement and design appropriate solutions that addresses customer needs. Solutions Specialist will also work closely with the delivery team to implement the proposed solution and assure customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）

• Provide support to Business Partners in the design, delivery and knowledge transfer of Dispensing and Preparation Technology solutions to existing and prospective customers.

• Provide professional, process-focused pre-Sales support, educating and helping current and future customers to understand the value and impact of automating, Consumables, Supplies and Medicines Use processes.
• Participate in the growth of the business and contribute to developing branding image.
• Support our Business Partners by providing professional support and technology recommendation for customers.
• Participate in Dispensing implementation projects, designing configurations and working with colleagues and customers to deliver successful outcomes.
• Work closely with service team to ensure new products are easy to implement and support.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）

• 3d rendering experience and products design experience.
• Good skill with design software, use the design software in more than two years,

• 3D Vmax +Vary
• Photoshop
• CAD

DESIRABLE（优先条件）

• 3-4years work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Excellent presentation skills
• Competency with 2D and or 3D CAD software tools
• Active learner, detail-oriented, organized and creative
• Have high energy and enthusiasm
