Job Description
Project design and planning
Project work-plan – support to develop a detailed project work plan covering breakdown of project tasks, allocation of staff members and man-day/budget allocation
Project data model sheet - develop the first draft of project data model sheet and define the research methodology
Project research execution
Secondary research - conduct secondary research to understand the market background in preparation for field research/primary interviews
Carrying out field research including in-depth telephone and field interviewing of target organizations for industrial projects including market assessment and business intelligence projects
Analyzing research findings
Interview summary - write interview summary in a logical manner to summarize market information of completed interviews on a weekly basis
Report writing
Report writing - produce main body of draft reports and ensure reports are close to client ready for final review by Project Directors
Profiles - review translated profiles to ensure consistency of meaning
Project time management
Control project overrun - control project overrun of personal allocated man-days. Actively provide solutions to control project overrun
Post project responsibility
Post project review - organize all call reports and contact list of your assigned area and submit to Project Managers upon project completion
Client management
Report presentation - assist in report presentation including preparation of questions likely to be posed by clients
Business Development
Assist in conduct background research to summarize the key point in proposals
Company-wide initiative
Production training - contribute to delivery classroom training to production staff members on industry knowledge, analysis tools or other areas of expertise
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
Bachelor’s degree (major in healthcare, Pharmacy, biosience, biotechology is plus )
Previous experience of conducting telephone or face-to-face interviews is desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
Ability to conduct second research independently
Excellent communication skills and is able to work under pressure
Familiar with Office Applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Methodical and ability to summarize own work
Ability to read and write in English
