We are looking for a Sales Manager - high-end bathroom surfaces

Eurobath International Sanitary Ware & Kitchen Equipment Trading (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. is a young, dynamic and fast-growing trading company, which specializes in importing and selling top brands from Europe and USA in the Sanitary and Kitchen Equipment industry. Our team needs the support of a committed and active Sales Manager.

Your tasks would be as follows:

You will be responsible for the set-up and development of our new distributor & retailer network including and focusing on decoration companies and related designer/interior designer channels. You will be responsible of a famous Austrian brand who is entering the Chinese market. The brand manufactures exclusively in Austria and has a comprehensive range of high-end surfaces suitable for bathrooms and general high-end decoration purposes. Your task will also be to identify and win over potential distributors, decoration companies, developers and designers. This task comprised strategic planning, such as but not limited to preparing a nation-wide business developing plan to promote the sales of this brand. The employee can be assigned to other tasks if needed.

Skills needed:

• More than 8 years working experience in high-end soft decoration material or construction industry, experience in the furniture & sanitary ware industry is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and a positive working attitude. The candidate must work well with an international team of people who are committed to developing the company's high growth rate.

• Good command of the English language.

• Dependability, self-dependent working style but paying attention to the necessary reporting environment.

• The position entails a considerable travel activity.
