任职要求：

• Several years of driving experience
• Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or equivalent
• Above 3-5 years of experience in transmission calibration regarding drivability and shifting strategy is mandatory, especially experience with DCT is highly appreciated
• Good feeling about driving comfort, dynamic and brand character regarding drivability
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Language skills in English are business fluent and German preferred
• Enjoy working in intercultural environment and sharing knowledge with team
• Sufficiently communicative

• Willing to travel inside China and abroad
