Summary:

Position is reporting to US quality department directly. This individual will be responsible for performing all activities required to manage all areas of product quality,safety control for Wild Republic Toys. This position will interact with all product focused teams, international subsidiaries, manufacturers, and outside test agencies to provide guidance and ensure designs comply with new and existing standards interpretations imposed by management in the USA. Working cross-functionally this position will ensure that the highest level of quality, integrity, and performance are maintained with strict adherence to Wild Republic programs, policies and procedures.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage customer complaints/issues with safety and quality matters and document in company log
Supplier Surveillance /Warehouse inspection: Examine random pieces from every shipment and compare to approved sample.
Inspection Reports: Review all inspection reports and follow up with all issues.
PD safety checks: Test samples and compile data for every shipment including seam pulls, eye pulls, lead test , small parts and sharp point etc.
Work with vendors when items fail testing or inspections and resolve issues
Work closely with all K&M divisions to deploy Q&S requirements and ensure compliance
Perform inspections and audits independently and/or with Q&S team
Deploy K&M Q&S improvement programs.

Job Requirements:
College Degree with minimum 5 years working experience in Toys safety and Quality management
Experienced on-site quality control of toys(plush & plastic toy)
The incumbent should be highly motivated and demonstrate high degree of professionalism
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high sense of responsibilities
Good knowledge of major audit systems and audit standards of ICTI, GSV, SQP,SA8000, ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO18000
Willing to work under pressure.
Fluent in both written and spoken, English and Mandarin
Compensation: Compensation commensurate with qualification and experience.
