Role Summary: An internal and external facing role that provides medical and clinical expertise in priority therapeutic areas and builds scientific leadership.

? Participate and contribute with medical and clinical expertise in design of brand strategy and LCM

? Take leadership in development and implementation of medical plan/activities in alignment with brand strategy

? Engage KOLs in scientific exchange (1-1; advisory board meetings; CME; IITs) to build deep scientific understanding

? Generate medical evidence to support brand strategy in priority TAs to meet unmet medical needs

? Define and deliver training to internal commercial teams

? Medical Reviewer for promotional materials and activities

Essential:

• PhD or MD in medicine
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in transplantation/hematology/anesthesiology department
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong personal integrity and customer focus
• Good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to travel (percentage varies with geography).
• Country language skills (to be determined per country)

Desirable:

• Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy or life science
• Experience in Medical Affairs function within a pharmaceutical industry
• Understanding of multiple aspects of Medical Affairs, the pharmaceutical industry and business principles
• Experience in relationship and stakeholder management
• Excellent project management skills
