1、Employment Requirements

任职资格

(1)5+ year install and service experience within machinery industry,sheet metal industry preferred. Or 5+ year machine maintenance experience is also welcomed

5年以上机床行业安装及服务工作经验,钣金机床行业优先。有5年以上设备维护经验也欢迎;

(2)Eelectro-mechanical background

电气机械背景;

(3)creative and inventive and is interested in the mystery of how things work

有创造力,对新事物有好奇心;

(4)energetic and positive

富有活力,积极乐观;

(4)a strong sense of responsibility

责任心强;

(5)Loyal to the company

忠于公司;

(6)Team player

(7)Fluent in English & Mandarin in both writing & oral

流利的英语及普通话的读写能力及口头表达能力;

(8)Familiar with computer and office software, and customer management software;

熟练使用电脑及Office软件,及客户管理软件;

(9)C driver license

有驾照;

(10)Own car

自备车。


2、Job Description

职位描述

The main responsibilities and duties of the Employee shall include but are not limited to:

员工主要工作职责包含但不限于:

(1)Make after sale service coordination and plans in cooperation with sales dept.

配合销售团队制定售后协调及计划;

(2)installation, commissioning, operation training for CIDAN machines, and application training at customers.

CIDAN机器的安装调试和操作员培训,及客户现场应用培训;

(3)Safeguard the overall service satisfaction of CMC customers, being accountable for after service in cooperation with sales dept, identifying or resolving urgent issues and complaints from customers promptly.

维护CIDAN客户的整体服务满意度,与CMC销售团队合作对售后服务工作负责,对于紧急问题和客户投诉及时找出问题并给予解决;

(4)test bending and drawing evaluation for sales depart.

售前打样和图纸分析;

(5)Through hands on approach constantly develop and improve own ability to perform demo bending of metal sheets.

通过动手实践,不断发展和提高自己的现场演示折弯能力;

(6)Maintain and develop corporate image, reputation and brand identification by participating in suitable marketing

activities, promotions, displays and events by supporting sales dept

协助销售部参加适当的市场营销活动、促销和展示等活动,维护和发展企业形象、声誉和品牌形象;

(7)Master the latest technology knowledge of company products through self-studying and training, and give the best support to sales dept and customers on technical issues.

通过自学及公司培训掌握本公司产品的***知识,在技术方面给予销售团队及客户***的技术支持;

(8)Maintain overall awareness of technical market trends within sheet metal processing industry, customers technical expectations and competitors latest technologies

保持对钣金行业技术市场趋势的整体意识,客户的技术期望及竞争对手的***;

(9)Use IT tools, e.g. Excel & CRM system, to record, analyze any work related to this position.

运用IT工具,例如Excel及CRM系统,来记录、分析和预测其相关工作;

(10)Provide timely daily report and weekly plan report, monthly and annual reports to CMC General Manager.

及时完成日报,周计划表、月报和年度报告并汇报给总经理。
