Objectives:职位目标
According to the company procedures, independently performs secretarial support.Coordination for maintenance and repairing of CHJ labs.Cost center and allocation key maintenance
1、根据公司程序，独立执行秘书支持。2、协调CHJ实验室的维护和修理事务。3、协助处理成本中心工作，编写支出报告，申请费用，结算跟进。
Main Tasks:主要职责
1、Provide professional secretarial and administrative support.
提供专业的秘书和行政支持
2、Coordinate business meetings, manage scheduling, travel arrangements and expense claims; provide professional advice and take necessary/emergency actions on those arrangements on behalf of where appropriate
协调商务会议，管理日程安排，旅行安排和费用索赔; 提供专业建议，并在适当情况下采取必要/紧急行动，以妥善安排相关事务。
3、Handle confidential information, files and materials, e.g. essential business documents, to ensure information security for proper use

4、Exercise reliable personal judgment with high sensitivity in dealing with visitors and calls at all levels within the organization, industry, and community with great frequency of senior-level internal and external business contacts

5、Communicate VP's instructions to various individuals and/or departments; provide and obtain information from other managers or external representatives and convey the feedback to the VP correctly and timely

6、Organize Global / RBU / External Meetings

7、Coordination for maintenance and repairing of CHJ labs

8、Cost center and allocation key maintenance， Capex reporting， inter-company costs charging， rebate application and settlement follow up，AR, AP, Fixed assets, General voucher related，Part of the monthly routine reports preparation.
