Hilti Asian Consumable Testing Center was established in 1995, located in the Hilti (China) Ltd. Zhanjiang manufacturing base. It is the only and biggest consumable testing center which is also one of the four Hilti global R&D testing centers. It is mainly responsible for the new products development and mechanical function application testing of the fastening system applied in the construction industry, such as different kinds of Anchors and nails fastening. About 80% project resources of the entire team are used to support global projects, 20% to support regional new product introduction and regional standards and certification. Hilti Asian Consumable Testing Center is a global team with the professional, high-performing and energic engineers. It has the advanced laboratory management system with the European testing equipment and all tests executed according to the standards of Europe and the United States. Hilti Asian Consumable Testing Center is directly under the Business Unit Anchor of Hilti headquarter which is an important part of the global research and development institutions and has made great contributions for Hilti new product development and local new products introduction.

Testing technology engineer 测试技术工程师：

Your responsibilities 工作描述

1：Maintenance of test equipment ensuring the functionality and availability of the test facilities, especially in the test field ensuring project and process relevant measurement data through quality assurance measures. Technical support & consolidate testing infrastructure setup within test field.

2：Definition and coordination of calibration & linearization & maintenance activities for the experimental facilities in cooperation with internal and external partners.

3：Support, further development and conceptual design of test facilities within Asia testing center & global team with the main focus on efficiency, automation, measurement data acquisition and processing compliance with global standardization as well as cost aspect. And further optimization of existing systems.

4：Creation and adaptation of software in the context of measuring and testing tasks according to the situational requirements

5：Conduct instruction to internal colleagues or external service of the test facilities.

Interaction and maintain partnerships with related global testing communities as well as external partners

6：Support for measuring and test equipment monitoring, including preparation of test guidelines and work instructions to ensure the quality of test process & results.

7：Manage / update testing technology relevant documentations (Technical Manual, Operation Instruction, Trouble Shooting, Maintenance Plan...) in regularly / satisfying status.

8：Ensure the necessary confidentiality and exclusivity regarding innovation, technology and other confidential data and information. Give right indicators to team member. In case of uncertainness, consult your supervisor before acting.

Your profile 基本要求

1:Bachelor degree and above, majoring in Mechanical design & automation or Electrical engineering & automation

2:Extensive and an excellent command of the English language.

3:Computer literacy required (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).

4:Good communication ability & interpersonal skills

5:Knowledge & skills on Metal parts development / quality control/ production are preferable

6:Minimum 3 years work experience in a multinational company related to mechanical or electrical engineering design & automation, edit programming and hydraulic system relevant experience. Development of testing technology skill is highly preferred

7:Work requires multitasking ability. Highly independent worker, flexible, committed, well structured. Good communication / coordination / organizing / interpersonal / time management and social skills.
