Job Description

• contact leads and follow up regularly
• costing analysis in order to better understand positioning CNmy
• help prepare proposals
• improve ppt and client communication materials (e.g. marketing communication)
• prepare and call for proposal and tender interview preparation meetings
• support BD department to develop right marketing strategy: by being close to the market, networking or collaborating with other parties outside CNmy in order to understand what the market responds to, then support information and layout to BD department assistant to prepare marketing materials

Requirement

• Degree in Englilsh/Engineering/ Construction/ Building is preferred
• Believing honesty and integrity are important values
• Good working attitude, able to work under pressure
• Responsive and decisive
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
