JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE Facilities Engineer BUSINESS UNIT Integrated Facilities Management REPORTING TO Facilities Manager DIRECT REPORT POSITIONS POSITION GOALS To achieve the timely and efficient delivery of Facility Management services to Client and support of their business needs in accordance with the Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators set out below. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facility Management Services in support of Client's business needs in a safe working environment. · Responsible for site building maintenance and repair works, including building patrol, provide findings and improvement solutions, action plan and reports etc. · Monitor the technician teams, establish Engineering and inspection procedures and roll out to all site technicians, responsible for the weekly, monthly and annually working and maintenance plan to ensure that all technicians have been fully understood and implemented, responsible for delivery of services in accordance with clients’ Management SLA · Warranty management Assist facility manager and clients to project acceptance, manage warranty and maintenance of client’s property when construction project completed. · Onsite construction management Construction management procedures improvement ensure on site construction compliance with all governmental regulations and EHS rules etc. · Security Operation management Review the security contract and manage the security vendor performances Responsible for security equipment management, include but not limited to the access system, card barrier, camera, intruder alarm etc., findings, analysis, communication and report. Badge card management: process improvement Key Management: Spare key, Master key etc. Shredder Management and confidential documents disposal Fire drill Support Property Movement Management · Vendor Management To assist client/FM to bid the hard service and security contractors. Evaluate the vendor procurement and management practices are complied. · Emergency & Crisis Management, Risk Management Identify and address the critical operations in a timely manner. · EHS Related · Daily oversight of facilities budget and spending · Keep good communication with landlord / BMO and have the regular meeting with landlord / BMO if needed. · Any other duties assigned by the client / FM. General Requirements · University degree in engineering or managerial · Working experience in facility hard service management, building management and security management etc. · Above 5 years’ experience in managing facilities preferred · Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills · Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
