Objectives of job

• Detection of potential problems of the building

• In charge of building maintenance

Principle activities

• Work as the supervisor of electricians and plumbers

• Be responsible for the maintenance of building equipments including plumber, generator, transformer, compressed air tank, hot water tank ets. Check-up the equipments and evaluate the data from the system

• Communication with equipments suppliers for regular maintaining and certificates according to local authorities

• Maintenance of the whole building and the company apartments down to the minor repair

• Inspection logs and documentation of maintenance work record

• Support Purchasing Department to get quotations and support them on negotiations of prices for construction and building projects

• Control the quality of contracted repair

• Maintenance material and tools storage management

• Coordination and supervision of external companies that are in charge of any kind of maintenance of the building or new construction projects

• Finish the tasks assigned by the next supervisor

• Comply with company EHS policy and environmental security policy

Job requirements

• Basic written and oral English 具备英文口语沟通和书写能力

• At least 3 years of factory maintenance management 3年以上工厂维护管理相关经验

• Knowledge of equipments 具备机械设备相关知识

• At least 3 years team management experience 3年以上团队管理经验
