Job Responsibilities:
· Supervise IT technicians in factories to provide software and hardware support, installation, troubleshooting· Frequent travel among branches in PRC & HK for IT service deployment, review and improvement· Documentation and maintenance for IT policies and security policies· IT facility maintenance· Evaluate technical solutions to enhance IT services for internal users· Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office, O365 and Mac OS, · Report to IT in HK Headquarter

Requirements:
· Degree or above in computer science, information technology or related discipline· At least 5 years' relevant experience with supervisory experience preferable· Good communication and interpersonal skills · Responsible and able to work independently· Proficient in technical documentation· Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
