Job Title: Waste Water Engineer 废水工程师

Job Content 工作内容：

1. 为公用工程经理提供技术上的支持满足各部门、客户提出的环保要求

Provides technical support to the facility manager for all the products and activities within the department meet the environmental protection requirements of the customers.

2. 确保按照SHE和Q的要求调整指令以适应操作和公用工程的要求

Ensure compliance with all SHE & Q requirements and regulatory directives applicable in the Operations and facility department.

3.日常检查和管理WWTP的所有设备、工艺及承包商。

Conduct daily inspections and management on all facility, process, and vendors within the WWTP unit.

4.为WWTP设备建立预防性维修计划，为仪表建立校验计划表（与维修守门员的保持一致）

Set up preventive maintenance plan and calibration schedule (in agreement with the maintenance gatekeeper) for equipment and instruments within the WWTP unit.

5. 协助公用工程经理进行可靠性维护，精确记录输入和输出的污水流量（数量、COD量、N-NH3量等数据）。定期维护和平衡不同废水单元的处理量

Supports the facility manager to maintain reliable and accurate records to document incoming and outgoing effluent flows (quantity, COD load, N-NH3 load and others). Maintain and update regularly mass balances for the various WWTP units.

6. 协助公用工程经理完成固体废物的收集，记录数量并安排经SHE部门审核合格的承包商将废物转运出场地.

Supports the facility manager to store and collect solid wastes, record quantities and arrange for transportation off-site, in close coordination with SHE and using SHE approved contractors.

7. 组织清理下水道（在WWTP监督下，由承包商完成)）

Organise cleaning out and dredging of sewers (done by contractors, but under supervision of WWTP unit).

8. 有助于确定工厂提高计划的建立和确定行动执行部门的职责。协助公用工程经理完成WWTP预算，及和承包商签订年度合同，执行严格的费用控制.

Contribute to the establishment of the manufacturing plan and implement action(s) within the department’s responsibility. Supports the facility manager to manage the WWTP budget in line with agreed annual contract and ensure strict cost control.

9. 协助公用工程经理，完成月报及年报，包括能源统计报告、废水报告、3P报告等.

Supports the facility manager to complete monthly and yearly report, including energy report, waste water report, 3P report, etc.

10.完成由上司指定的其他任务

Implement others tasks which is appointed by superior.

Requirment:

1. 主修环境工程，环境工程管理相关专业，化学/工程学本科

University degree major in environment engineering, environment management or related subjects, or chemistry/engineering degrees

2. 4-5 years WWTP working experience in Phama/chemical plant.

4至5年制药厂/化工厂WWTP工作经验

3. Drive for results 结果导向
