Job Description
上海市

JOB DUTIES

1. To support product development by collecting/communicating all necessary information from/to suppliers.

2. To manage the industrialization stage to ensure that suppliers understand and can respect our requirements.

3. To lead the analysis of any non-conformity and implement quality corrective and preventive actions plan.

4. To debrief suppliers on quality performances/organization and manage improvements on quality assurance system.


COMPETENCIES

Basic quality tools and methods: 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, 8D, CAP, etc.

Able to make Inspections. Knowhow of main inspection tools and Statistical rules.

General product technical skills (technical drawing, general know how on industrial processes, etc.)

Auditor skills to assess Supplier’s organization and obtain sustainable corrective and preventive actions plan.

Risk and business management.

Able to manage and negotiation with Supplier to ensure action plan implementation

Frequent business trips to suppliers
