Be responsible for all the Quality Management System (ISO9001) Establishment and Maintenance work for Wyeth (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd related to its imported dairy products

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the ISO9001 training with relevant departments/functions;

• Coordinate the ISO9001 SOPs establishment work with relevant departments/functions;

• Establish ISO9001 SOPs related to QA ;

• Coordinate the internal and external ISO 9001 audits with relevant departments/functions;

• Coordinate and complete management review with LT and relevant departments/functions;

• After the ISO 9001 certificate is obtained, maintain the system to pass any follow-up audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher;

• Demonstrated capability to lead a group and projects;

• Demonstrated management capability, in an operational environment, to lead, coach, engage and influence;

• Minimum of 1-2 years of ISO 9001 experience, preferred in the food industry;

• Proven track record in delivering results by working in cross-functional teams.
