China Customer Service Specialist is accountable for quotation/order receiving/promising/entry to material delivery to invoicing & documentation for either direct customer orders or inter-company orders. This position is based in Shanghai and reports to China Customer Service Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Order Management
SAP order entry and follow up for finished goods produced by OC Plants. Ensure deliveries are carried out in a timely manner.
Update PSI for orders with latest information
Work with workshop to have a clear picture of order status and arrange order delivery, for global customers, share all information to global team
Communicate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse team to resolve order related issues such as lack of stock, credit hold etc
Prepare for import/export documents for custom declaration Control import & export cost (freight, packaging)
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to reach assigned target (Invoice Accuracy, Delivery-To-Request, Order Fill Rate, and Service Claim). Take proactive actions to improve customer service level.
Execute OCV regional/global business guidelines and ensure the guidelines are adhering to at all times.
Back up to other Customer Service personnel.

Job Requirements
Experience:
- 1 year or above relevant experience in Customer Service or Logistics
- Familiar with MS office package and SAP system
- Good oral and written English (CET-4)
- Undergraduate Degree.
Knowledge and Skills:

- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills : Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SAP systems.
