Tasks

Organization of the process of maintenance/facility & tools service work including rational personnel employment.

Implement internal maintenance function budget and plan, and monitor the achievement of the budget:

1.allocate target to subordinates & monitor their performance in order to meet the company's annual goal and target.

2.Responsible for control of all costs in the maintenance department.

3.Responsibly for planning and co-ordination of the TPM implementation among scheduler and production team.

4.Responsibly for fast technical support and smooth machine operational sequence of the production.

5.Conduct tools service team daily work with production team base on production plan.

6.Responsible for tooling inventory maintenance work with good quality status in system tracking.

7.Ensure provide good quality status tooling for production on time.

8.Close co-operation with production and ensure highest level of customer service (Production department).

9.Responsibly for Working safety, cleanliness and environmental protection in maintenance.

10.Responsible for the spare part availability and cost control on reduction.

11.Responsibly for employee management on target setting, safety work, training, work assignment, overtime control, fluctuation and performance.

12.Technical support at the time of the construction and execution of the new projects.

13.Leading team on special projects, continuous improvement and cost saving by kaizen.

14.Create a monthly maintenance report and go through to driving downtime reduction improvement action with

production

Required Education & Experience

1. Technical background and knowledge in university

2. 5 years + rich experience in production/maintenance/ conditioning of tools management work

3. Very familiar with Electrical/Mechanical control principle

4. Familiar injection machines PLC, servo control system,

5. Trouble shooting analysis ability

6. Fluent English in writing and speaking

7. Computer knowledge/ MS office
