主要职责：

• 教授3到12岁儿童少儿英语，包括英语启蒙、童谣、绘本、自然拼读、新概念、剑桥少儿英语等课程，欢迎老师自带教学体系；
• 根据学员不同水平，做好培训前后评估及学习进度跟踪，确保学员学习目标得以完成；
• 优化教学方法，创新与完善教学方案；
• 协助校方进行日常教学管理、教学答疑等；
• 线上打卡作业点评。

职位要求

• 英语或相关专业本科以上学历，有1年少儿英语教学相关工作经验；
• 英语专业八级或非英语专业CET-6级以上；
• 发音标准，口语流利，形象气质佳；
• 表达生动活泼，富于幽默感与课堂感染力
• 有较强的责任心、耐心以及对教育行业的热心；
• 有较强的沟通能力和应变能力，抗压能力强，有团队合作精神；
• 能胜任高强度和高密度的课堂教学，能适应快节奏的教学风格。
• 能熟练使用Word、Excel 、PowerPoint等各种办公自动化软件

• 课时费：80RMB-200RMB/小时 根据老师资质和经历等
• 工作时间：长期需求，依据老师空闲时间来排课。
