You need to create and develop different visual demonstration based on retail needs. Your design will inspire and stimulate the desire of purchase to the customers. By using your sense of fashion, beauty, creativity and data analysis, you will achieve our commercial goal by being successful. WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO 岗位职责：

• 根据零售需求，规划和更新所有的陈列规范
• Based on Retail needs, plan and upgrade all VM guidelines
• 制作与销售和活动相关的陈列指引并进行培训
• Design VM guidelines based on sales target and campaign needs and conduct training
• 跟进所有陈列更换的执行结果
• Monitoring all VM rotation results
• 培养VM团队
• Build up VM team/partners
• 根据销售数据提供陈列改善方案
• Provide VM improvement plan based on data analysis
• 将陈列与销售相结合，配合区域销售团队达成既定目标
• Make sure VM is sales oriented and coordinate with Retail team to achieve target
• 处理日常所有陈列道具相关的基础运营工作
• Be hands on to take care of all basic VM related operational works on the daily basis, such as follow up with print outs, coordinator with related departments to get things done on time
• 与总部VM经理紧密合作并协助全球陈列指引和活动指引
• You will work closely with Global VM Manager to involve in creating global guidelines & campaigns

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT 任职资格：

• Proven passion for visual merchandising
• Interested in accessories, with a good eye for style, coordination and attention to details
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members
• Good communication skills to related departments and team members
• Fluent English is a must: written and oral
• At least 3 years in VM position and in fashion/retail industry
