5、遵守GSP管理流程，协助做好门店GSP相关工作，提升门店规范化管理工作水平

6、办理会员卡，加强会员服务，提高会员复购率

7、完成店长或当班交代的其他工作

任职资格

1、 中专以上学历，医药、药学或相关专业。

2、 对医药电商有所认识或有电商客服经验

3、主动工作和有团队精神

4、熟悉医学或药学专业知识，较强的营销知识与服务意识。

5、具备一般的计算机知识和网络知识，语言表达清晰亲和力、沟通能力较强。
